You Need

:  1 cup (chopped)
:  1/2 (chopped)
:  1 tbsp
:  4 cups (600 ml)

:  2 slice (for croutons)

Preparation
  • Sauté beetroot, carrots & spring onions together in butter for 2 mins
  • Add 2 cups water and pressure cook for 10 mins
  • Puree the pressure cooked vegetables and strain well. Use the remaining 2 cups of water to ensure complete straining.
  • Crumble and add Maggi Super Seasoning.
  • Adjust salt and pepper.
  • To make croutons cut bread into small cubes and fry until golden brown.
  • Garnish the soup with cream and croutons.
  • Serve hot
