Milkmaid
Seviyan
Milk
Raisins
Nuts
Elaichi

 : 5 minutes

: 1/2 tin
: 50 gm
: 1/2 liter
: 2 tbsp
: 2 tbsp
: 2, finely powdered


Preparation
  • Bring milk to boil . Add Milkmaid, seviyan and elaichi.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and top with raisins and nuts.
  • Serve hot.

Quick Tip
Roast seviyan lightly in 1 to 2 tsp of ghee before adding milk , if it is not the roasted variety.
