Soup Sticks

Preparation Time  :  5 mins
Cooking Time       : 10-15 mins


  • Cut 1 cm thick strip from crusts of bread slices.
  • Beat an egg.
  • Dip each bread strip into the beaten egg. Roll in gingerly seeds.
  • Bake in a greased baking tray in preheated oven (160 o C) for minutes or till crisp and golden brown.
  • Turn sticks over once in between.
  • Serve warm.
