You Need

Maggi Chicken Noodle Soup
Fresh Tender corn (grated) or
sweet corn (canned)
Water
Egg
Vinegar
Soya Sauce
Green Chilli

:  6 2/3 cups (1 liter)
:  1 (beaten)
:  1 tbsp
:  1 tbsp
:  1 (chopped)

Garnish 
Boiled Chicken shreds


Preparation
  • Mix Maggi Chicken Noodles Soup and the sweet corn or fresh tender grated corn with water.
  • Cook for 8 mins as per pack instructions.
  • Add the lightly beaten egg slowly
    through a tea strainer to make egg threads.
  • Add vinegar, Soya sauce and chopped green chilli.
  • Garnish with chicken shreds.
  • Serve hot.

Hints : For thicker Soup add 1-2 tbsp cornflour (made into a paste) during cooking.
