Boiled Chicken shreds
- Mix Maggi Chicken Noodles Soup and the
sweet corn or fresh tender grated corn with water.
- Cook for 8 mins as per pack
- Add the lightly beaten egg slowly
through a tea strainer to make egg threads.
- Add vinegar, Soya sauce and chopped
- Garnish with chicken shreds.
- Serve hot.
For thicker Soup add 1-2 tbsp cornflour (made into a paste)
