Preparation
  • Marinate chicken in vinegar, green chilli, coriander paste and crumbled Maggi Super Seasoning for 1-2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and cook chicken along with the marinade till almost dry.
  • Arrange alternately the chicken with capsicum, onions and tomatoes on skewers and smoke the tikkas on a high flame.
  • Serve hot with lemon slice.
    Variation :  To make Paneer tikkas use Maggi Super Seasoning (Vegetarian) with paneer.
