Maggi Masala

Mustard seeds
Red Chillies
Curry leaves

Preparation
  • Hang the curd for half an hour in a muslin cloth. 

  • Beat to make a smooth paste. Add Maggi Masala Chilli Sauce. Adjust salt.

  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds.

  • Remove from flame and add Chillies and curry leaves.

  • Pour over the curd.

  • Serve with cucumber sticks/carrot sticks/ french fries/potato wafers.
