Preparation
  • Halve the boiled potatoes and fry them lightly.

  • Punch the hot potato halves on the flat side with fingers or a flat spoon and fry them again till golden brown.

  • Sprinkle hot fried potatoes with crumbled Maggi Super Seasoning.

  • Serve hot.
