Preparation
  • Crush Maggi Noodle cake. Roast noodle bits without Tastemaker in a Kadai till they are light pink. Cool.

  • Mix together roasted noodles, chopped vegetables, fried peanuts and crushed papri.

  • Mix Maggi Noodles Tastemaker with Maggi Masala chilli sauce and 5-6 tbsp of water.

  • Just before serving, sprinkle sauce mix over Noodle mixture and toss.

  • Garnish with chopped green chillies and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
