Preparation
  • Grease the back of a thali and keep aside.
  • Mix crumbled Maggi super Seasoning , besan and curd well.
  • Add water to make the batter of pouring consistency.
  • Cook on a high flame stirring continuously , till the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan.
  • Pour immediately over the greased thali and spread evenly.
  • Let it dry for about 2 mins
  • Heat oil. splutter the mustard seeds and black pepper. Sprinkle over the Kandvi.
  • Cut into 1 1/2"-2" broad strips and roll.
  • Garnish with grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • Serve warm.
