Mango Yogurt

Milkmaid
Curd
Mango
Gelatine
Water

: 1/2 tin
: 500 gm
: 1 (medium size)
: 1 1/2 tbsp
: 1/2 cup


Preparation
  • Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup hot water .

  • Peel mango and slice . Reserve 1 slice for decoration and mash the rest in to pulp .

  • Beat the curd lightly to break up the lumps .

  • In a serving bowl combine Milkmaid , curd , mango pulp and dissolved gelatine .

  • Leave in a refrigerator to set .

  • Serve well set decorated with thin slices of mangoes .

Quick Tip : Sprinkling a little salt and water in the freezer helps lower the temperature further .
