Vanilla Ice-Cream with Chocolate Sauce

You Need
Ice-cream 
Milkmaid
Cold milk
Cream
Vanilla essence
Chocolate sauce 
Milkmaid
Milk
Cocoa
Unsalted butter

: 3/4 tin
: 1 1/2 cup
: 1 1/2 cup
: 1 tsp

: 1/4 tin
: 1/2 cup
: 3 tbsp
: 50 gm


Preparation

Ice-cream :

  • Combine the Milkmaid , milk and vanilla essence in a bowl .

  • Whip up the cream lightly and fold in to the above mixture .

  • Pour the mixture in to a freezing tray and freeze till the mixture is half set .

  • Remove from freezer and beat until smooth .

  • Return to tray and freeze until firm .


Chocolate sauce :

  • Combine milk and cocoa and stir to paste .

  • Add Milkmaid and unsalted butter . Heat over medium flame till thick enough and glossy .

  • Serve ice-cream with hot chocolate sauce .

Quick Tip
To prevent ice-crystals forming in the ice-cream , cover the container .You must also beat up the half set ice-cream .
Your mixture freezes better in an aluminum or thin bottomed metal container .
