Kesar Kulfi

You Need
Milkmaid
Milk
Khoa
Maida
Chopped and blanched almonds
Kesar

: 1 tin
: 4 cups
: 100 gm
: 1 tbsp

: 10-12
: 1/2 tsp powdered


Preparation
  • Mix together Milkmaid , milk , maida and khoa . Bring to boil , stirring constantly .

  • Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes , stirring constantly . Remove from fire . Cool .

  • Add almonds and kesar dissolved in 1 tsp of water .

  • Fill in to kulfi moulds and freeze overnight .
