You Need
Maggi Chilli Garlic Sauce
Brinjal
Ginger
Oil
Vinegar
Salt

2 jars (medium size)

: 1 bottle
: 1 kg
(sliced)
: 50 gm
(chopped finely)
: 3/4 cup
(100 ml)+ for frying
: 4 tbsp
: 2 tbsp


Preparation
  • Heat oil . Deep fry Brinjal in very hot oil . Remove and put in a jar .
  • Fry ginger in 3/4 cup oil . Remove from fire . 
  • Add  Maggi Chilli Garlic Sauce , salt and vinegar .
  • Mix with fried Brinjal and serve .
