Maggi Masala Chilli Sauce
Maggi Chilli Garlic Sauce
Boneless fish
Turmeric powder
Gingelly oil
Red chilli powder
Ginger
Mustard seeds
Zeera
Methi seeds
Vinegar
Salt

Preparation
  • Smear fish with salt and turmeric powder . Deep fry in gingerly oil .

  • Grind together all the other ingredients with a little vinegar . Fry the paste in the remaining oil .

  • Add the remaining vinegar , Maggi Masala Chilli Sauce , Maggi Chilli Garlic Sauce and salt to taste .

  • Bring to boil and add fish pieces . Simmer till the gravy is thick .

  • Cool and store in jars .
