Sweet Bread Rolls

You Need
Assorted dry fruit
Slices of bread
Oil for frying

: 1/2 cup chopped

  • Heat 1 tsp ghee . Add Milkmaid , chopped nuts and powdered elaichi . Cook over low flame till the mixture becomes dry and leaves the sides of the pan

  • Cut the sides of the bread slices .

  • Dip the bread slices in water one at a time , squeeze out water by pressing the flat whole slices between the palms of the hands .

  • Place some filling in the middle of the slice . Roll and press in to shape . Deep fry in fat till golden brown .

  • Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot .
