You Need
Milkmaid
Butter
Biscuits
Jelly
Gelatine
Lemon juice
Cream
Chopped nuts

: 100 gm
: 200 gm

(preferably red in colour ) 100 gm
: 1 tbsp
: 1 tbsp
: 1/4 cup (optional)
: 2 tbsp (optional)
 


Preparation

1st layer :

  • Crush biscuits

  • Melt butter and mix in biscuit crumbs 

  • Press the mixture in to the base of a rectangular tin . Freeze for 20 minutes .

2nd layer :

  • Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup of hot water . Pour in Milkmaid and add lemon juice .

  • Pour this over biscuit layer and cool till gelatine is set .

3rd layer :

  • Dissolve jelly crystals in 450 ml of hot water . Cool . Pour over 2nd layer .

  • Freeze till set .

  • Cut in to pieces . Top with whipped cream and /or chopped nuts and serve
