You Need
Milkmaid        
Coconut milk (thick)
Egg yolks   
Cream                   
Gelatine
Vanilla essence
Orange colour
Mango

: 1 (medium size), diced 


Preparation
  • Set refrigerator control at coldest point .

  • Soak gelatine in 2 tbsp water for 5 minutes in a bowl .

  • Place the bowl in a shallow pan containing hot water .

  • Stir the gelatine till it dissolve .

  • In a mixing bowl , whisk cream till thick and fluffy . Whisk in Milkmaid , egg yolk , gelatin , coconut milk and essence . Add color .

  • Freeze in ice-trays , until almost firms.

  • Remove from freezer . Beat well and refreeze until firm .

  • Serve decorated with mango pieces .

Variation :
Raspberry red color and cherries may be used instead of orange color and mango .
