tbsp water for 5 minutes in a bowl .

shallow pan containing hot water .
Stir the gelatine
till it dissolve .
In a mixing bowl ,
whisk cream till thick and fluffy . Whisk in Milkmaid , egg yolk ,
gelatin , coconut milk and essence . Add color .
Freeze in ice-trays
, until almost firms.
Remove from freezer
