Fried Rice With Crab
 
125 gms crab meat 
3 cups boiled rice
1 small white onion
2 eggs
salt to taste
1/2 teasp Ajinomoto
2 shallots
1 tbsp Soya sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil


Preparation
  • Flake crab meat, grate onion and slice shallots thinly.

  • Heat two tbsp oil and add grated onion and fry until soft. Beat eggs, pour into pan and scramble until fried.

  • Add rice, salt and ajinomoto to taste, turning rice over to coat with egg.

  • Add crab and shallot and fry some more. Sprinkle Soya sauce and stir fry briskly.

  • Serve hot on plate. It may also be served in a blow with chopstick, the traditional way.
