Pad Pack Ruam Mit or Mixed Fried Vegetable
 
50 gms peas
50 gms cabbage
50 gms broccoli
50 gms cauliflower
50 gms mushroom
50 gms baby corn
1/4 cup peanut or corn oil.
3 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup chicken stock
4 tbsp light soy sauce
1/4 tsp black soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper powder


Preparation
  • cut or slice the vegetables into bite- sized pieces and mix together in a bowl.

  • Boil some water and plunge the veggies for a minute. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat work and add oil. When oil is hot , add garlic and stir briskly.

  • Add vegetables and chicken stock and stir fry for 5 minutes constantly.

  • The vegetables should be crisp to the feel. Add the oyster sauce and sprinkle pepper. Let it simmer on slow fire for a couple of minutes.

  • Serve with rice.
